Bldr. Adetunji Akinola Adeniran, Takes Over As Registrar/Secretary of Nigerian Council of Registered Builders

The Honourable Minster of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, CON, SAN, has approved the appointment by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) of Bldr. Adetunji Akinola Adeniran, FNIOB, mni, as the Registrar/Secretary to the Council.

Bldr. Adetunji Adeniran possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Building, Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Construction Management and Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Operations and Production Management. He also attended the Advanced Management Programme (AMP 27) at the Lagos Business School of Pan Atlantic University.

In his over 30-year professional practice, his experience cuts across construction management of building and civil engineering works, management of investment property portfolio and running property development businesses. He has handled operational, tactical and strategic assignments in various leading companies including Messrs G. Cappa Plc, Guffanti (Nig.) Plc, Grant Properties Limited, Oasis Realty Limited and Metrowest Limited. He served in various capacities and rose to become Executive Director of Metrowest Limited.

Bldr. Adeniran is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building and is licensed as a Professional Builder by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). He is an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru.

He is married to Mrs. Modupeola and they are blessed with children.

He is expected to bring his rich social capital and leadership skills to bear in directing the administration of the Council as the head of the Secretariat.
