The Board of Director of Dangote Cement PLC has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation of Mr. Micheal Davis, a Non Executive Director of the Organisation.
This was made known in a statement signed by Mr. Edward Imoedemhe, the Company Secretary of Dangote Cement PLC.
The statement reads; “This is to notify that by a Resolution of the Board of Directors of Dangote Cement Plc dated April 27, 2023, the Board approved the resignation of Mr. Michael Davis, effective April 13, 2023. Mr. Michael Davis joined the Board of Dangote Cement Plc (“the Company”) on April 18, 2018.
The Board of Directors wishes Mr. Michael Davis the best in his future endeavours and would like to express their sincere gratitude for his outstanding commitment and contributions to the Board.”, the statement added.
