Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie has denied getting married days after photos surfaced of a supposed wedding she had in Lagos, stating it was just a music video.

In the past few days, the actress trended across diverse social media platforms after reports made the rounds that she was engaged before a private wedding at a beach in Lagos.

The photos of her alongside her rumoured husband, Desmond (Chuchu) who is a car dealer trended in the social media community for days as they got mouths wagging.

However, in an Instagram post, where she shared a clip of an exclusive with actor, Uche Maduagwu and controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, the mother of one debunked the rumours stating that the photos were for a music video shoot.

According to her, she wanted a wedding musical video shoot and she achieved it, but, people were impatient enough to make their findings before circulating the news.

She also took some swipes at Maduagwu and Olunloyo, asking them to make their findings and get facts right.

“You see why I said some of you need your brain examined. I wanted a wedding musical video shoot, and I achieved it. You guys took up the story and that shows how incompetent you are with your job.

“Don’t forget I’m still an actor. An artistic director, model, writer, and a musician. Please what do you expect from someone who have spent all these years practicing and doing all that and still getting it, those who have worked with me know how passionate I am when it comes to my jobs, what I do is to bring a story to reality, it’s make-believe.

“People, as usual, carried the fake gist as they were instructed, without finding out the real source. Well, thank you for the wishes ooo. Just look, very senseless and unprofessional, talking about what they don’t know with so much confidence.

“Oh well, I got all your your messages and guys, it’s a musical video shoot ‘Baby chuchu’. That was a strategy for the song not my wedding, Madam and Oga do your findings well, same way someone paid you to write story about the Gambian President and I.

“Meanwhile, there was nothing like that, then I went on a background check on you to find out all I needed to know. With all due respect, next time do a proper investigation before putting up a story out there.

“I am not married, it’s a movie. I’m going to be showing the makings from time to time Thanks guys I appreciate all the compliments anyway. Next is my album loading #bursteverywherealbum. Cheers to my real fans, August 17th loading.”
