A young Nigerian man identified as Izu Madubueze has allegedly committed suicide after he was falsely accused of rape by a lady on Twitter.
The hashtag #JusticeForIzu is currently trending on the social media platform after the man with the moniker, Legend Izu Madubueze took his life because he was being accused by Nanichi Anese of non-physical rape.
The lady claimed Izu sexually assaulted another lady and she refused to reveal her identity. She however admitted the rape did not happen physically as it allegedly occurred over the phone.
Nigerians have however taken to the platform to call for the arrest of Nani, and they are also calling on the authorities to put an end to false rape accusation by making the accusers face the wrath of the law.
